"...In Ward 4, Dave Clark deserves support in a tough race.
Clark has previously served on the Loveland City Council. Even after losing in his mayoral bid to current Mayor Cecil Gutierrez, Clark continued to serve Loveland through the Citizens’ Finance Advisory Commission. He also has been active in downtown, through the city’s Downtown Team and the independent Downtown Loveland Association, among his other work on or with many boards and commissions.
Clark thoroughly analyzes issues and always has served with Loveland in mind first. His newest business could pose a conflict if and when issues with Johnstown arise, but certainly Clark would act honorably and recuse himself from such discussions and decisions.
Ward 4’s Ralph Trenary has been active in the school district and city since moving here and certainly leans to the financially conservative and questioning side of local politics, but we fear the talk of process could bog things down. John Buck, too, touts his conservative approach to government, but again he lacks some fundamental understanding of current issues."

This election will be conducted by mail. You should be receiving your ballot the second week of October. If you do not receive your ballot in the mail, make sure you are considered an "active" voter. You can activate your registration and get mail-in ballots by calling the Larimer County Clerk at (970) 498-7820 or logging on at govotecolorado.com.
